UNAF published a state of the art of neonicotinoid bans in Europe and worldwide. You can read it here (in French only). The document, which lists the date of the ban or restriction and the targeted use for each country, shows the growing concerns of national authorities regarding neonicotinoids.

L'UNAF a publié un état des lieux des interdictions des néonicotinoïdes en Europe et dans le monde, que vous pouvez consulter ici (en français seulement). Le document, qui pour chaque pays montre la date de l'interdiction ou la restriction et les usages ciblées, montrent les inquiétudes grandissantes des autorités nationales vis-à-vis des néonicotinoïdes.
